By taking a more active and involved approach to our training delivery, we are able to ensure that all training or developmental activities we undertake and provide, have a positive impact on our learners' future performance whether in higher education or employment. Our training provisions are delivered in a holistic and inspiring manner so as to motivate our learners’ to achieve their full potential.
We work in unison with our learners to offer customised and specially designed courses that are most appropriate and adapted to suit their learning. Our learning environment is friendly and conducive for our learners as well as using different styles and methods in the delivery of our courses. We provide aftercare support to our learners so as to enable them have a smooth transfer of learning to the workplace. Our services are learner oriented and are provided with respect. We offer post training support to our clients so as to enable them have a smooth transfer of their learning to the workplace. We work with unemployed and employed adults as well as young adults who are known as NEET (16 ‐18 year olds & 19‐24 year olds). We have links with local secondary schools as well as employers. Our clients’ come from all across the greater London area as well as in the Midlands, that include Birmingham, Coventry, Derby and Leicester.
We have good success and retention rates and work in accordance to funders’ regulations and requirements as well as meeting deadlines set by them.
We are also partners with London Training and Employment Network (LTEN) on the Steps into Work 2016 - 2018 project (London Councils & ESF Funding). This project aims to provide support to beneficiaries who are either long term unemployed or are economically inactive from 6 south London boroughs - Croydon, Kingston, Lambeth, Merton, Sutton and Wandsworth. We provide advice and guidance about career opportunities available to participants as well as providing support to participants to apply for jobs and or training opportunities. We also aim to provide opportunities for volunteering and work experience placements to participants, which can lead to paid work.

Apprenticeships
This is a funded training scheme for persons in employment aged 19 or over. We run courses at Level 2 and 3.
Advanced Learner Loans
This is a loan funded training scheme created by the UK government for learners aged 19 and over and are undertaking Level 3 courses. To qualify for the advanced loan, you have to:
